Board Director
I’m Lacy Kelly, owner and instructor at Pole & Aerial Fitness in Naples, Florida. My pole dancing journey began when I discovered a natural talent for performance, earning two “Showgirl of the Year” titles. Although I later transitioned to a career in insurance, my passion for pole never faded—it made me feel strong, confident, and empowered.
Years later, I installed a pole at home and vowed to open my own studio, a dream I achieved with my first studio in Indiana. In 2022, I moved to Florida, began teaching at Pole & Aerial Fitness, and eventually became the owner.
As a certified XPERT/XPOLE instructor for Levels 1–4 and Florida’s only Spiral Pole instructor, I bring over 23 years of performance and coaching experience. One of the few Spiral performers worldwide, I’m dedicated to sharing this unique aerial art form across the country.
At Pole & Aerial Fitness, I’ve created a welcoming space where aerialists and fitness enthusiasts can grow and connect. I’m also developing the Aerial Illusions Company to make Spiral Pole accessible nationwide.
Beyond the studio, I’m a proud mother and a mentor to those I teach, offering guidance and support with a nurturing spirit. With a passion for performance and a dedication to helping others unlock their potential, I’m honored to inspire students to soar in the aerial world.
